We know you’re incredible excited to have your first ever Polo Experience! Perhaps it’s even your first time getting on a horse too. Here are some tips and our recommendations to make this the best experience you’ve ever had:
Practice with a foot mallet
Before getting on the horse, first practice swinging with a foot mallet. Grab it and give it different strokes to test your strength and stability on the ground when hitting the ball.
Get to know your horse
All of our horses are tamed by professionals and are perfectly able to adapt to any level of riding experience. To make the most out your riding and polo experience, we recommend first getting to know your horse. If it’s your first time ever riding a horse you may be a little scared or nervous. But don’t worry, you’re going to do great!
Spend some time with the horses before riding, give them some treats, groom them and you’ll become the best of friends in no time!
Listen to your instructor
Our team of professional instructors will teach you everything you need to know about polo and horses. Learn its basic rules and listen carefully to the safety instructions to ensure everyone has a great time.
Last step: play!
Lastly, put on the safety equipment, grab a mallet and get on your horse! Play a few chukkers with your friends and family. See who scores the most goals. But most importantly, have the best time of your life!
